As you can see from pictures below, I've enjoyed my beverages. In fact, after looking at recent pictures, I am holding different beers in each photo. I've had this freedom to drink what I have wanted and I've been alternating my beverages with a liberated feeling like never before.
Sunday - I've cooked and prepped my food. I rehydrated. I played with my kids. I really had an enjoyable weekend and it was nice, but I want to get back on track with my nutrition. I just feel better that way. I do enjoy drinking beer and wine, and normally drink once a month, but post contest, I have found myself having many beverages....AND THOROUGHLY ENJOYING IT! No guilt at all. Just fun. Fun. Fun.
Monday - MY WEEKLY GOAL:
Back on food plan and my drink of choice will be water!

ReplyDeleteYou made me smile because I went totally off plan this weekend (was the husband's birthday,lol) and have a little hangover this morning. But I do believe football games require an obligatory beer. ;)
